Return & Exchange Policy

At ScentnTick, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (perfumes must be sealed, watches/accessories must be unworn with tags intact).

  • You have the original invoice/receipt.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Watches or accessories that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.

  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance (unless defective).

Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact Us: Email us at csrscentntick@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 326 8507506 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Return Shipping: You may need to send the product back to our address in Lahore. In cases of wrong or defective products, ScentnTick will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases (like change of mind), return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:

    • Issue an exchange (same item replacement or another product of equal value).

    • Or process a refund (credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days).

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only made for products that are returned in resellable condition.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • ScentnTick reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
